"Do you ship internationally?"
Of course! We happily ship all over the world! If this is your first time purchasing from the U.S., please be sure to look into whether or not your country may add additional customs/duties fees to your order (we recommend Duty Calculator!)
Please note: if any customs/duties fees requested by your country are not paid and your order is returned to us, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to your order before a refund is issued. If you would like us to re-package/re-ship your order, we're very happy to, however additional shipping charges may apply.
"Can you mark my package as a 'Gift' or list a lower total on my customs form so that I don't have to pay customs/duties fees?"
Nooooo. No, no, no. We wish so badly that we could... we actually wish that customs/duties fees didn't even exist, because how sweet would that be?? Unfortunately this practice is super illegal and we're really into following international shipping requirements to ensure that your package reaches you safe and sound -- following this requirement is actually one of the reasons it's so rare that we ever have issues with international delivery! Please don't email us requesting this, because the answer will always be the same.
"Shipping... how much does it cost?"
Shipping within the United States is a flat-rate of $2.99, all orders over $50 (before tax) get FREE SHIPPING!
International shipping is as follows:
$4.00 for orders up to $20
$6.00 for orders up to $35
$8.00 for orders up to $50
FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $50
*U.S. SHIPPING: All orders ship via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail (P.O. Box and APO/FPO military addresses okay!) Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery. Rush delivery via USPS Priority Express Mail also available upon request. We unfortunately cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items, but we do our absolute best to avoid this situation.
*INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All orders ship via USPS First Class International. Most packages are delivered within 1-2 weeks, however please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Tracking showing delivery is included free of charge if your order is shipping to: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Israel, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Sweden or Switzerland! Partial tracking is included everywhere else worldwide (please keep in mind that your tracking number will only update while that package is here in the U.S., typically until it reaches the international shipping facility in Los Angeles). Customer is responsible for any and all customs/duties fees incurred.
***Shipping update for our international friends!*** We ship the vast majority of our international packages via USPS First Class International (these amazing rates have allowed us to offer free shipping for worldwide orders over just $50 USD!) Back on January 21st, the USPS made their annual postage increases and changes -- including the very strange fact that all international tracking numbers now begin with UA rather than LJ. It's just now coming to light that there have been some SUPER weird delays going on since around the beginning of March, especially for Canadian customers. We're also seeing a lot of countries not displaying tracking updates, a luxury we were getting really accustomed to. We don't have any reason to believe packages are missing, just severely delayed in some cases. We're so sorry for any extra wait, thanks so much for bearing with these guys while they make this transition (which honestly would've been a lot easier had we been clued into what would be going down, alas...)
