“How do I make a return?”
Step 3: Once your return is received at our offices in California, we will process and issue you a refund within 1-3 business days. You will get an email confirming that that refund has been processed.
“What is not eligible for return?”
Only a few things. Clearance/discontinued items are not eligible, as well as our "I Want It All" collections. We are also not able to process a return for any items that have been significantly used (because how shady is that?)
“Do you offer exchanges?”
Nope. We do not offer exchanges, however you're very welcome to place a new order whenever you're ready.
