"What is your return policy?"
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee! Sometimes a shade just does not work out and we absolutely get that -- if you don't love your purchase for any reason, we are happy to process a return if you get that back to us within 30 days of receiving your order. We even offer free returns for our U.S. customers!
“How do I make a return?”

. Be sure to include your order number and the name that the order was placed under so that we can find that for you.
Step 2 (U.S. Customers): We will issue you a returns form and a return shipping label. Print those guys out. Complete that returns form and include it in your shipment. Securely package your return (you can even use the packaging that your order came in!), and tape that shipping label onto the package. Simply hand that off to your mail carrier or drop off at your local USPS branch!
Step 2 (International Customers): We will issue you a returns form. Print and complete this form, and include it in your shipment. Securely package your return (you can even use the packaging that your order came in!), and then ship this back to us. Please be sure to ship via a carrier who provides you with a tracking number as we're not responsible for lost returns.
Once your return is received at our offices in California, we will process and issue you a refund within 1-3 business days. You will get an email confirming that that refund has been processed.
“What is not eligible for return?”
Only a few things. Clearance/discontinued items are not eligible, as well as our "I Want It All" collections. We are also not able to process a return for any items that have been significantly used (because how shady is that?)
“Do you offer exchanges?”
Nope. We do not offer exchanges, however you're very welcome to place a new order whenever you're ready.
