"Are your Mineral and Pro Matte Eyeshadows loose eyeshadows, or pressed?"
Great question! All of our eyeshadows are LOOSE eyeshadows, and there's a really good reason for that! We developed these products with both function and purity in mind, which meant avoiding binder ingredients like oils, talc and silicones that are typically needed to create a standard pressed eyeshadow. Loose eyeshadows also offer better control over how much pigment you get out of your application. Both the Mineral and Pro Matte Eyeshadow lines contain some really amazing ingredients to help the products adhere to eyelids, apply beautifully and last for hours. This is the big reason we don't usually refer to our eyeshadows as "pigments". Pigments are typically jars of simply mica or other colorants with no base to make them really function as a high-end eyeshadow.
"Do you do any product testing on animals?"
Absolutely never! We're very proudly 100% cruelty-free and certified by both PETA and the Leaping Bunny program! Neither Concrete Minerals nor our suppliers ever implement animal testing in any of our ingredients or products.
"Are your products vegan?”
Yes! All Concrete Minerals products are 100% vegan! You can also find this noted in each individual product listing as well as a full list of ingredients. The allantoin included in our products, which right now only includes the Pro Matte Eyeshadow line, is plant-derived and 100% vegan as well!
"Are your products gluten-free?”
Yep -- that too! This also includes our entire line of Vegan Lip Tints!
"Do you guys offer samples?”
Nope. We do however like to stuff FREE samples into every order. If you're nervous about trying the brand for the first time, be sure to check out our current sales, we always have some goodies in there!
"Do you currently offer wholesale?”

"Is it safe to pay by credit card?”
Absolutely! We use a super-secure checkout with SSL (secure sockets layer) certs to encrypt all of your personal info (you'll see that little "https://" in your URL bar at checkout) and we never store your credit card info. We also offer PayPal, Amazon, and Afterpay where applicable.
"I changed my mind -- can I cancel my order?"
No. About 95% of the time, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. After an order comes through, it goes directly to our team in fulfillment to start getting packed-up and on its merry way to you. Very rarely, if you reach out to us within about an hour of placing that order and production happens to be a bit slower, we can catch your order before that process gets started. But typically, that's not going to be an option. We always, absolutely recommend that you do not place an order if you can't currently afford it, or if you simply do not want these lovely products. Seriously, no hard feelings at all. That being said, we do offer an amazing return policy if you're not happy with your purchase! More info on that guy below.
"How much does it cost and when am I getting my rad new makeup?”

"Do you ship internationally?"YES! We happily ship to several places around the world! We currently ship to 33 countries, including: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain (United Kingdom), Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
If this is your first time purchasing from the U.S., please be sure to look into whether or not your country may add additional customs/duties fees to your order... United Kingdom and Germany, we're looking at you! You guys have steep VAT/import fees and we're currently seeing these imposed on about half of all shipments!
Please note: if any customs/duties fees requested by your country are not paid and your order is returned to us, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to your order before a refund is issued. "Can you mark my package as a 'Gift' or list a lower total on my customs form so that I don't have to pay customs/duties fees?"
Nooooo. No, no, no. We wish so badly that we could... we actually wish that customs/duties fees didn't even exist, because how sweet would that be?? Unfortunately this practice is super illegal and we're really into following international shipping requirements to ensure that your package reaches you safe and sound -- following this requirement is actually one of the reasons it's so rare that we ever have issues with international delivery! "Halp! I haven't received my order and I'm panicking!"
Fear not! Out of thousands of orders that have left the hands of our incredibly capable shipping department, only a handful have ever truly gone missing into the void. Occasionally though an order may be returned to us. If your package hasn't been delivered after the time listed above, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we're very happy to help track this down. Either way we'll ensure this gets into your hands as quickly as humanly possible and we've absolutely never left a gal or guy hanging :)
